Peanut Butter Cookie Cake

Ingredients:

1 box white cake mix (dry)
1 box (small) instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup light oil (canola)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 cups crushed peanut butter cookies
1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Mix together dry cake mix, dry pudding mix, eggs, milk, water, oil, peanut butter and 1/ 3/4 cups of crushed cookies until well blended. 

Pour into a prepared bundt pan. 

Bake at 350F for 50 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes and then turn out onto a plate.  
Spoon chocolate chips over top of cooled cake and then sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of crushed cookies.
