Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge
1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 tsbp butter 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk (from a 14 oz can)
1 10oz pkg of peanut butter chips 3 tbsp butter rest of the can of sweetened condensed milk
Prepare an 8x8 baking pan by lining it with parchment or wax paper.
Combine chocolate chips/ 1 tbsp butter and 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk in a small sauce pan. Heat, stirring frequently for about 3 minutes unil the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and cover to retain temperature.
In another sauce pan, combine peanut butter chips, 3 tbsp butter and the remainder of the sweetened consdensed milk. Stir frequentlty for about 5 minutes until the ingredients until smooth and melted.
Pour peanut butter mixture into the prepared pan. Spoon the chocolate mixture in splotches on top. Using a knife swirl the mixtures together. Do not overdue this -- you want to be able to see the different flavors.
Place pan in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to harden. Cut into squares.
