Orange Glazed Pork Chops
Ingredients
4-6 pork chops salt, pepper and paprika to season cooking oil 1 cup orange juice 1/4 cup maple syrup 2-3 tbsp orange marmalade Season pork chops, on both sides, with salt, pepper and paprika.
In a skillet, brown both sides of each pork chop in small amount of cooking oil.
Add orange juice to the skillet, with the pork chops. Cook 10 minutes, on med high. Turn pork chops over and cook another 10 minutes.
Remove pork chops to a baking sheet.
Mix together marmalade and maple syrup and brush liberally on the top of each chop. Place cookie sheet under the broiler for a few short minutes.
