Naan Pizza

Naan Pizza
Day old Naan (indian flatbread) Thin sliced zucchini Chopped green onions Chopped pepperoni Parmesan cheese Mozarella cheese Pizza sauce (i use spaghetti sauce)
Preheat oven to 400f On a cookie sheet prepared with parchment paper, lay the flatbread out an inch apart.
Spread sauce generously around the center leaving a 1/2" edge. Top with pepperoni and veggies.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
Cover generously with Mozarella and bake for 12-14 minutes. Keep on your eyes on the bottom, they brown quickly.
Cut and serve!
Note: you can use any toppings you like. I used leftovers! !
