Maple Dijon Chicken (Crock Pot)
This is so easy to make, and has a great flavor. The leftovers are wonderful in chicken wraps the next day, and would also be a great base for chicken salad. Ingredients
4 chicken breasts salt and pepper 2 tbsp butter 1/3 cup maple syrup 4 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp rosemary 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp dehydrated orange peel
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Saute chicken breasts on both sides in butter, in hot skillet, until browned. You do not have to cook it through. Place in the bottom of crock pot.
In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
