Low Carb Snickerdoodle Cookies
This is the sweetener I use for this and other recipes.
1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup sweetener (I use this) 4 tbsp butter 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla pinch of salt
2 tbsp sweetener 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine the first six ingredients. Roll into balls and then roll them in the sweetener/cinnamon coating mixture, and place on the parchment lined baking sheet. Press them down slightly with the bottom of a glass.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350F and allow to cool before removing from the pan. Store in an airtight container.
Makes 12 cookies and each one contains approximately 1 carb.
