A flavorful one pot dinner that can easily be doubled for a crowd.
1 1/2 lb ground beef 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 cup celery, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 large can Italian style stewed tomatoes 1 small can diced tomatoes 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp basil 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp sugar 1/2 cup water 1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped 1 medium zucchini, chopped
Brown meat in large pan. Drain and return to the pot. Add in onions, celery, zucchini, peppers and mushrooms.
Add in tomatoes, seasonings and water.
Simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours on stove top, stirring occasionally.
Add more water or spices to suit your personal taste.
