This recipe serves 2 people, but it can easily be adapted to fit your needs.
1/2 - 3/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup panko crumbs 1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning 1 cup your favorite pasta sauce 4 oz dried spaghetti
Marinate chicken breasts in Italian salad dressing for at least an hour, the longer the better.
Combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and Italian herb seasoning in a tin pie plate. Bread chicken breasts, pressing crumbs in on both sides until the are completely covered.
Place chicken on a prepared baking pan, and bake at 350F for 20 -30 minutes until cooked through.
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain.
Heat your pasta sauce.
Place cooked chicken on top of bed of spaghetti, and then top with pasta sauce and a light sprinkling of mozzarella or Parmesan cheese.
