Instant Pot Blackberry Cobbler
Ingredients
12 oz of fresh or frozen blackberries 1 cup dry white cake mix (usually 1/2 of a box) 1/4 of butter, cut into small pieces 1 cup water
Place 1 cup of water in the bottom of the instant pot. Place trivet inside.
Spray an 8 inch round baking dish with baking spray. (see link to the left of the one I purchased via Amazon)
Place blackberries in the bottom of the baking pan.
In a bowl combine the white cake mix and butter pieces with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumb mixture on top of the blackberries and then cover the baking dish with foil. Place in the instant pot.
Turn IP on MANUAL for 10 minutes. Do a natural release for 10 minutes.
Remove the foil from the baking dish and place it under the broiler of your oven for about 4 minutes. Watch that it doesn't burn.
