Instant Pot: Beef and Pasta
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 onion, chopped 1 cup water 2 cups beef broth 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 lb of dry pasta (rotini, elbow etc)
On SAUTE: Brown hamburger until no longer pink. Add in garlic, tomato paste and Italian seasoning. Cook for an additional couple of minutes. Turn SAUTE off.
Add in beef broth, water and dry pasta.
Set machine to MANUAL for 8 minutes.
When timer is done, do a quick release. Serve hot with shredded cheese if desired.
