Honey Garlic Chicken
4-6 chicken breasts (about 2lbs) 1 1/2 tsp olive oil 4tsp soy sauce 1/2 cup honey 1tsp fresh minced garlic 1tsp spicy brown mustard (you can use Dijon if you don't want it spicy)
Brown chicken breast in a skillet with olive oil. Whisk remainder of ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
When chicken is almost done add honey mixture to skillet.
Cook on medium heat until chicken is done and sauce is thickened.
