1 1/2 lb beef stew meat 1/2 cup flour seasoning salt and pepper (1/2 tsp each) 1 red onion, chopped 4 carrots, chopped 3 stalks of celery, chopped 4-5 large potatoes chopped 1/2 stick butter, cut into 1 tbsp pieces 1 pkg ranch dressing, dry 1 can peas 1-2 tsp minced garlic 1 can tomato paste 1 large can whole tomatoes 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce 2 tbsp soy sauce
Put flour, seasoning salt and pepper in a large ziploc bag. Add stew meat, a little at a time, shaking to coat. Remove and coat on oil coated until browned. Does not need to cook through. Add to the bottom of the crockpot as they're ready.
Add all vegetables to the crockpot.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir ingredients to coat. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
Serve these delicious buns with your Hamburger Soup!
