Ingredients
3 boneless pork chops 1 egg 1/2 cup cornstarch 2 green peppers, sliced thin (varied colors for presentation) 1 small onion sliced small package of snow peas
Sweet and Sour Sauce:
1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/4 cup corn starch 1/4 cup pineapple juice 2 tbsp soya sauce

Pineapple chunks baby corn
Directions
Mix up Sweet and Sour Sauce in a small bowl, and set aside.
Cut pork into bite sized cubes.
Coat pork in beaten egg, and then dredge in corn starch. Scramble fry them in the work until cooked and browned with small amount of light oil. Remove from wok, and set aside.
In wok, steam vegetables in a small amount of water until cooked (2-3 minutes). Add pork pieces back in. Add pineapple chunks and baby corn if desired.
Add sweet and sour sauce to the wok, and heat with vegetables and pork, stirring constantly as the sauce thickens.
If sauce thickens too much, and water to thin it out.
