Hamburger Soup, Too
Ingredients
1 lb hamburger, lean 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 potatoes, chopped 3 1/2 cups beef broth 1 14 oz tin diced tomatoes 1 can tomato soup, undiluted 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp Italian seasoning 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables salt and pepper to taste 1 bay leaf
Cook hamburger with onions in a skillet. Drain excess grease. Combine all ingredients in a large dutch oven. Bring to a boil, and then reduce to simmer. Cook until potatoes are tender.
