Ingredients
1 large Roma tomato, seeded and chopped 3 large avocados, mashed ½ cup chopped onion 1 Tablespoon minced cilantro or parsley 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 Tablespoon lime juice 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Mix together and let sit at room temp for 1 hour to flavor.
