Mom says: This is great slow cooked in the oven or crock pot. You can use beef, chicken or even pork. Easy to throw together. I used different vegetables but the key is the self-made gravy - delicious!
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup 1 envelope Lipton Roasted Garlic Onion soup 1 can drained mushroom pieces 1/4 - 1/3 cup red wine (optional but does add kick) 1 lb (approx) cubed beef or chicken breast 1 handful of frozen peas 1/2 - 3/4 cup (each) cut up carrot, celery, onion
Heat oven to 275 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and place into covered roaster or bakeware.
Bake for 3 hours.
Serve with broad noodles or macaroni - Gnocchi works well too.
