Ingredients
3 T butter 3 eggs 1/2 c milk 1/2 c flour 1/2 t cinnamon 1/2 t vanilla
Directions
Heat oven to 425. Once heated, put your cast iron skillet in the oven for 10 min.
Mix everything except butter. Don't over mix.
When skillet is hot, melt butter in hot pan and ensure to butter the sides of the skillet.
Pour the batter into the skillet.
Return to the oven for 20 minutes.
This will puff up big and will then fall when you take it out of the oven. Serve dusted lightly with powdered sugar and a drizzle of maple syrup. Very good!
