My son and I made a quick and simple lunch today, with many of the ingredients coming from my own little garden, and fresh produce shared from a friend over the weekend.
Ingredients
2 cups of cooked pasta 4 tbsp homemade garlic basil pesto (recipe here) 1 sun ripened ripe tomato, diced fresh basil
Instructions
Toss pasta with pesto and fresh, diced tomatoes. Garnish and serve. It doesn't get any easier than that.
