Easy BBQ Crock Pot Pork Chops
This crock pot recipe is great for cold winter days or even hot Summer ones when using the crock pot instead of the oven helps beat the heat in the kitchen. Just a few ingredients, and you're free to enjoy the day while the crock pot takes care of dinner for you!
6 boneless pork chops 1 onion, sliced 2 green or red peppers, sliced 1 cup BBQ sauce
Place the onion and pepper slices on the bottom of your crock pot.
Brown pork chops in a skillet (no need to cook them completely) and them place them on top of the vegetables.
Pour the BBQ sauce over top of the pork chops and spread with a brush.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
Optional: You could add a layer of sliced potatoes over the onions and peppers.
