Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes Yield: serves 4 or more
2 cups macaroni, uncooked * 1 lb ground beef 1 large green pepper, chopped 3/4 tsp seasoning salt 14 oz can diced tomatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 small (6 oz) can French fried onions
Cook macaroni as directed. Drain. (* you can easily add more to stretch the meal)
Brown ground beef in a skillet.
Combine beef, macaroni and the rest of the ingredients, except for the French fried onions. Mix well and pour into a 9x13 prepared pan.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
Take foil off, and sprinkle the French fried onions on top. Return to the oven (uncovered) and bake for an additional five minutes.
