Crockpot Texas Roadhouse Roast
2-3 lb roast 2-3 potatoes, chopped into large chunks 1 green pepper, chopped into large chunks 1/2 onion, chopped 2 ribs of celery, chopped 1/2 cup tomato sauce 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup BBQ sauce 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp dried thyme 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 beef bouillon cubes splash of Worcestershire sauce
Place roast in the bottom of the crock pot. Arrange vegetables around the meat.
In a small bowl combine water, tomato sauce, bbq sauce, seasonings, beef bouillon, garlic and worcestershire sauce. Pour over the roast and vegetables.
