Crockpot Pork Chops and Potatoes
Ingredients
4 pork chops 6 potatoes, sliced 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/3 cup milk 1 tsp garlic powder 1 packet of dry ranch dressing (1 oz) salt and pepper if desired
Layer sliced potatoes on the bottom of your crockpot.
Place pork chops on top of the potatoes.
In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the pork chops. I did not add salt or pepper as the dry ranch dressing gave enough seasoning for us.
Bake on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 5-6. Delicious!
