Crockpot Dr Pepper Country Ribs
2-3 lbs boneless country pork ribs 1 can Dr Pepper soda (not diet) 1.2 cup Dr Pepper 2/4 cup sweet and tangy BBQ sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray's)
Place pork ribs in bottom of your crockpot. Pour 1 can of Dr Pepper over top and put the lid on.
Bake for 6 - 8 hours on low until ribs are tender.
Heat oven to 400F.
Remove ribs to a baking sheet.
Mix together 1/2 cup Dr Pepper and BBQ Sauce. Brush glaze on top of the ribs and bake for 10 minutes. Turn the ribs over and glaze the other side, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
