Crock Pot Fajita Stew
This would go well with our 7-up biscuits.
2 1/2 pounds boneless beef top round steak, sliced thin 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained 2 tbsp or 1 pouch of fajita seasoning 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1/4 cup flour 1/4 cup water
Combine onion and garlic with beef in bottom of the crock pot.
Mix fajita seasoning with diced tomatoes. Pour over top the beef and onions.
Place pepper pieces on top.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender.
Combine water and flour together, until smooth. Mix into the crock pot ingredients and cook on high for another 15 minutes, until everything has thickened.
