Creamy Taco Soup
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 1 tbsp cumin 1 tsp chili powder 8 oz spreadable cream cheese 3 cups beef broth 2 15oz tins diced tomatoes 1 4oz tin green chiles 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup heavy cream
Brown ground beef in dutch oven with chopped onion until no longer pink.
Add in cream cheese by the spoonful and stir until melted and well combined. Add in cumin and chili powder.
Add in beef broth, tomatoes, salt and chiles. Heat through.
Add in heavy cream stir. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
