This simple white wine cream sauce was a perfect compliment to our homemade raviolis. It could also be used for chicken or a wide variety of other pasta dishes.
Ingredients 2 cups heavy cream 1/4 cup dry white wine salt and pepper to taste
Pour wine in hot sauce pan. Reduce by half then add the cream. Continue to reduce until the sauce is the desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste. Add raviolis and serve.
Garnish as desired (herbs, Parmesan cheese etc)
*if you choose not to use white wine, you can substitute a little fresh lemon at the end for acidity and flavor.
