Cranberry Chicken
This is probably the easiest recipe I've ever shared, or close to it. Three simple ingredients becomes one great dinner!
Ingredients 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce 2 pouches of onion soup mix (or make your own)
Place chicken breasts in a baking pan.
In a bowl, mix together cranberry sauce and onion soup mix. Spoon over top of the chicken pieces.
Cover baking pan with foil, and bake at 425F for 40 minutes.
Remove foil, and continue to bake for another 15 minutes, uncovered.
