Corn Casserole
Ingredients
4 tbsp butter 1/2 onion chopped 1/2 green pepper, chopped 4 tbsp flour 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp salt dash of pepper 2 cups kernel corn, fresh, frozen or canned (drained) 2 cups milk 1 egg, beaten paprika
Saute onions and green pepper in butter until onions are clear.
Add flour and salt, and a dash of pepper. Stir until flour thickens. Slowly add milk, then corn and grated cheese. Gtir until thickens. Add in egg and mix well.
Spread mixture in bottom of prepared 9x9 casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
