Chocolate Zucchini Cake

2 1/2 cups flour 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 2 eggs 1/2 cup sour milk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups shredded zucchini 1-1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts (optional) 1 cup semi-sweet choc. chips Pour into a 13x9 pan and sprinkle the choc. chips over batter Bake for 35-45 minutes at 325º |
