This soup would me a great cold winter day offering when you need to pull together something quick but hearty. Everything can be made in 30 minutes and ready on the table.
2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped 1 chopped onion 1 can Rotel tomatoes (which ever version you prefer - I used mild) 1 medium can stewed tomatoes 1 small can chopped green chiles 1 can ranch style beans 2 sliced carrots salt, pepper and cumin to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.
