2 chicken breasts 1 can crescent rolls 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup shredded cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1/2 can (use empty can from soup) of milk 1/2 can (as above) of chicken broth 1 tbsp flour mixed with 1-2 tbsp broth 1/2 to 1 cup cubed potatoes (optional)
Place chicken in pot with enough water to cover them. Boil until cooked through. Remove from water and shred with fork.
Place a small amount of cheese on the wide end of each unfolded crescent roll. Top with a healthy portion of the shredded chicken. Roll up the crescent roll and place the chicken bundle in a prepared 9x13 baking pan.
If you are going to add potatoes, do so now, arranging them around the bundles.
Mix together flour and broth in the bottom of a small mixing bowl. Add undiluted soup, milk and broth. Mix well.
Pour chicken soup mixture around the chicken bundles Sprinkle a small amount of cheese on top. Bake in 375F oven for about 20 minutes. Remove and add more shredded cheese to the top and bake another 5 minutes.
