2 lbs chicken breast or tenders, cut into chunks 2 tsp olive oil 2 tsp oregano 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 large cans herb garlic pasta sauce 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 5 oz garlic croutons, crushed 2 cups uncooked pasta
Instructions
Cook pasta, drain and set aside.
Mix chicken pieces with spices and oil and spread over the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Cover chicken with pasta and then top with 2 cans of pasta sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350F.
Combine cheeses in a medium bowl.
Crush croutons with a rolling pin, to make coarse crumbs.
Remove from oven, and top with 1/2 the cheese mixture, the crouton crumbs, and end with the remaining cheese mixture. Return to 350F oven and bake an additional 25-30 minutes.
