Ingredients
Servings: 8
2 cups diced Roma tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped red onion 1/2 cup chopped basil 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 sliced green onion French bread baguette
Slice 16 pieces of 1/2" thick Italian bread, brush lightly with olive oil, and rub garlic on each piece. Toast both sides.
Mix ingredients and spoon onto toast. Serve immediately.
