Debbie says "this recipe is great to serve to weekend guest and you can make it ahead of time and throw it in the oven."
1 1/2 LB. sausage
3 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
3 slices white bread cut into cubes( 4 inch)
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Brown sausage. Drain and cool.Stir together beaten eggs , milk, bread,mustard, salt, cheese and sausage.
Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 1 hour uncovered.
There is enough to serve about 12 people.
You can also change up the cheese and I have added green chills to mine .
