4-6 chicken breasts 1/2 to 3/4 cup caesar salad dressing (we used romano caesar and it gave it a great additional flavor) 1 pkg of seasoned stuffing mix (or make your own using this recipe)
Instructions
Put seasoned breadcrumbs in a large ziploc bag and crush them using a rolling pin until they coarse crumbs. Place them in a bowl.
Coat thawed chicken pieces in salad dressing, and roll in the breadcrumbs until completely coated.
Place chicken pieces in prepared baking pan, and cover with foil. Bake at 425F for 35-45 minutes depending on size and thickness. Take cover off and put back in the oven to brown for 10 more minutes.
