5 cups shredded cabbage (a mixture of red and green is nice) 1 cup shredded carrots (about 2 whole carrots) 1/2 cup sunflower seed kernels 1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes 1/2 to 1/3 cup sliced green onions salt pepper 4 slices of bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp celery seed 2 tsp sugar (or sweetener) 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients until well blended. Pour over salad ingredients and toss gently until everything is well coated.
