No Backyard BBQ is complete without Ribs -- The key to this recipe is the sauce. You can use it on the grill, or as a basted marinade or you can bring a crock pot full of them already to go! Ingredients
up to 4 1/2 lbs boneless pork country-style ribs 1 1/2 cups bottled barbecue sauce 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 2 tbsp mustard 1 tbsp packed brown sugar 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp thyme, crushed
Directions:
Place ribs in the bottom of your crock pot.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, and pour over top of the ribs.
Cook on low for 10 hours or high for about 5-6 hours. These ribs will be super tender. You can also shred the meat with a fork, add some of the sauce and used as pulled pork.
