Baked Ranch Pork Chops
Ingredients
3-4 3/4 inch pork chops 1/2 cup flour 1 egg 1 tbsp milk 1 tbsp mayo 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 package dry ranch dressing mix 2 tbsp butter, melted 2 tbsp oil
Prepare three separate bowls as follows:
BOWL 1: flour BOWL 2; egg, mayo and milk, mixed well BOWL 3; bread crumbs, ranch dressing mix..
Spread 1 tbsp of melted butter and 1 tbsp oil on bottom of a small baking pan.
Dredge pork chops through the three bowls, in order, coating both sides and place in the baking dish with butter and oil.
Bake at 475F for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and set chops aside. Add the remaining 1 tbsp melted butter and 1 tbsp oil in the bottom of the pan and return the pork chops, placing the opposite side down. Bake another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
