sauce 1 cup bbq sauce (I used kraft hickory smoked bbq) 1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup honey (i used organic from a friends farm) 1/8 cup soy sauce 2 tbs ground ginger 1tsp sesame oil mix really well with a wisk and put aside
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Cut each bacon slice into 3-4 pieces. Wrap each sausage with piece of bacon; secure with a toothpick. Place on a 13x9-inch baking pan. *or you could use a small cookie sheet with a rim if you wanted. I lined mine with parchment or foil for less of a mess at clean up time. Make sure they are all equally apart and pretty close together Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Make sure everything is coated well.
3.Bake for 5-10 minutes or until bacon is starting to cook and brown sugar melts and forms a sauce. Then mix your sauce again with the wisk really well and drizzle back and forth over everything really well, make sure its all coated really well , but dont drown it, and discard any remaining sauce. Then return to oven and bake for another 15-20 min until bacon is crispy and caramelized then remove from oven allow to cool for five to ten min then move to tray to serve with toothpic remaining for people to pick up with . Enjoy! SOOOOO good!
