Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole

One of Mr Mom's primary guilty pleasures are casseroles made with tater tots, so I like finding new recipes to share with him. This version was a recent hit with him. The kids would love it too I'm sure!

Ingredients
 
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp prepared yellow mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 cups tater tots

In a skillet - brown ground beef and onion. Drain off excess grease.

Add in ketchup and mustard.

Spoon into a prepared 9x9 baking dish.

Top with cheese, then tater tots.

Bake in 400F oven for 30-35 minutes until tater tots have browned and casserole has heated through.
