Drizzle a small amount of sesame oil on each chicken breasts. Be careful of the amount as sesame oil is very potent.
Mix rub ingredients and sprinkle on each side of the the chicken, rubbing it in. Place chicken in the air fryer.
Air Fryer: 375F for 15-20 minutes - skin side up, 10 minutes on the other side
* You could easily adapt this to the oven.
*Note I left my chicken in for 20 minutes on the first run. I would probably do 15 next time. Just be aware that cooking times will depend on the thickness of your breast.
