Ingredients
2 cans (15 oz) diced tomatoes (do not drain) 1 small onion chopped 1 tsp dried basil 1 1/2 cup cornbread dressing (dry) 1/2 cup cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup cornbread dressing (dry) 1/4 tsp dried basil
Directions
Mix together diced tomatoes, chopped onion, 1 tsp basil and 1 1/2 cups dry cornbread dressing mix and combine well.
Pour cornbread mixture into the bottom of an prepared 8x8 casserole/baking dish.
Combine remaining cornbread dressing mix, basil, mayo and cheese until completely combined and then spread over top of the bottom cornbread layer in the pan.
