If you use regular sized Brussels Sprouts cut into halves or quarters.
Cook bacon strips in skillet until crisp. Strain on paper towels and chop. Set aside.
Keep a couple of tablespoons of the bacon grease, and add to it 2 tbsp butter. Add sprouts and saute, stirring frequently. When sprouts are near fork tender, add in the crumbled bacon, maple syrup and saute until coated and glazed. Salt and pepper to taste. With the baby sprouts this process is very quick.
