This is my first attempt at making a batch of monkey bread. The combined flavors of pecan, honey and sweet orange marmalade take this up a notch and make it a perfect sweet bread offering for tea or breakfast.
2 cans refrigerator buttermilk biscuits 2/3 cup sweet orange marmalade 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup honey 2 tbsp melted butter
Mix all ingredients (other than biscuits) in a bowl.
Cut uncooked biscuits into quarters and put half of them around the bottom of a prepared bundt pan.
Top with 1/2 the marmalade mixture.
Repeat the layers once again.
Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes and invert onto a plate.
