6 slices bacon 2 large potatoes, peeled and chopped 1 large onion, chopped salt and pepper garlic powder 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 3/4 cup chicken broth 2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless and cooked
Preheat the oven to 425F. Prepare an oven proof 2 Qt. baking dish.
In a skillet cook the bacon slices. Crumble or chop bacon pieces and set aside. Reserve bacon grease.
Cook cubed potatoes in bacon grease. Remove and set aside.
Cook onions in bacon grease. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Cut up cooked chicken breasts into cubes.
Mix together condensed soup and broth. Combine onions, potatoes, chicken and sauce. Pour into baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle bacon on top, and cook, uncovered for another 10 minutes.
