Ingredients: Servings: 4
10 beef hot dogs, sliced thin 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 1/2 cups brown rice 2 small cans tomato sauce 1 1/2 (tomato) cans water (1 1/2 cups) 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 cup brown suga 1/4 cup vinegar
Heat a non-stick skillet and fry hot dogs and onions for 2-3 minutes. Drain grease.
Add other ingredients and cook for about 30 minutes or until rice is done.
