Quick Pumpkin Muffins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
One box spice cake mix One 15 ounce can of pumpkin (not pumpkin pie)
Mix these two ingredients together well. Spoon into a lined muffin pan. Bake 18 – 22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Note: These muffins won’t raise like normal muffins. The batter is also thick so you might want to smooth the top of the batter so that the muffins come out round. I just spooned the batter into the muffin tins and then dropped the pain onto the counter top a couple of times to get the batter to settle.
These are 2 Weight Watcher points each if you leave them plain. They are very moist and good this way. They aren't overly sweet and if you wanted, you could add some chocolate chips or frost with cream cheese frosting. You could also sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top.
