Mini BBQ Beef and Tater Casseroles
1 lb ground beef 3/4 cup BBQ sauce 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp yellow mustard salt and pepper to taste 1 pkg of refrigerator biscuits tater tots shredded cheddar cheese Prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray.
Separate biscuit dough into 8-10 pieces (depending on the size of the package) and roll each one slightly to make a little larger. Press each one into the bottom of a muffin tin.
In a skillet, brown the hamburger until no longer pink. Drain well.
Mix hamburger with bbq sauce, mustard and ketchup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Press a bit of the mixture into each biscuit shell.
Add three tator tots to the top of each one and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 375F for about 18 minute (until biscuit is cooked).
