1/2 head green cabbage (about 6 cups), shredded 1/2 cup chopped red onion 1/4 cup sliced green onion 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1 cup pineapple tidbits 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1/4 cup corn syrup 1/2 teaspoon pepper Salt to taste 1/4 cup halved maraschino cherries
Mix coleslaw ingredients excluding the maraschino in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for a couple hours to flavor.
Add maraschino cherries and mix well before serving.
